It's a rainy day on the east coast, so today we're doing a "rainy day" at home workout! Here it is for you guys to join! Rest for 45 seconds/grab water between moves.
Move 1:
One minute mountain climbers. Push yourself as hard as possible so you brea a sweat and prepare your body for muscle building!
Move 2:
We're gonna start with abs. First, do 20 leg raises each side. Then, we're gonna do 30 bicycles.
Move 3:
Now, we'll do some side exercises. Start with 10 hip dips each side. For this move, go into a side plank and then dip your hip almost to the group and back up! Then, we'll do sunrises. Go into a plank and then move your body into a side plank and back. 10 each side!
Move 4:
Booty time! Do 20 kickbacks and 20 fire hydrants each side, then 20 squat pulses.
Move 5:
Finally, we'll end with more cardio. 50 jumping jacks!
If you're feeling daring, you can repeat!
